This beautiful ‘old’ floor has been created from “new” unfinished, square edged planks. Rustic with mixed widths, our amazing fitting team applied their magic in the form of Osmo Polyx hardwax oil, in situ, for a flawless finish.

These original Elm planks were looking very sad and tired. After consultation with our client it was decided to keep them as natural as possible and not to sand them. Instead, they were carefully sanded and polished by hand.

For barn conversions, many of our customers look for very rustic, mid-dark tone flooring options, but for this project we demonstrate how light-coloured prime-grade flooring can still look great in an old property.
